Let me just get this out there, I f*cking loved DREDGE. I also cannot contain my excitement to see the game has an expansion coming out on 16th November 2023! If you didn’t read the title properly (shame on you!), this is called The Pale Reach.
Thawing Out Soon in DREDGE!
This is great news from Black Salt Games and Team17 Digital. What is great to see is that DREDGE is rated overwhelmingly positive on Steam with nearly 17,000 reviews from players.
As mentioned, The Pale Reach will be out in around 7 weeks’ time, and I cannot wait! It will be available on all platforms that you can buy DREDGE on. Steam, GOG, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S for £5.99.
The expansion will introduce players to a new brand-new biome which will require players to use additional equipment that is capable of tackling the treacherous and icy expanse. You will need to trawl through freezing depths and traverse crystalline canyons.
The reason for all of this is to follow in the footsteps of a doomed expedition that was lost to time. There will also be 11 new fish and crab species, and of course their aberrated counterparts.
