A leader in enhancing our interactive entertainment with officially licensed gaming accessories, PowerA, is pleased to announce the availability of their new mobile gaming controller. The PowerA MOGA XP7-X Plus. That’s a bit of a mouthful, and the controller itself will certainly fill your hands. It’s a bit of a chonky device, but there’s a good reason for that.
Amplify Your Mobile Gaming
So I mention it’s chonky. The reason for this is it’s essentially a full-size Bluetooth gaming controller made for mobile phones. It’ll stretch out to fit devices as big as 7.13in (18.1cm). Not only that, but it also has an inbuilt wireless charger to wirelessly charge your phone whilst you play. This has its own 2000mah battery built-in.
I’m not quite sure how temperatures would be whilst playing a game and charging your device, but time will tell.
Not only is it a nice size to fit in your hands well, with wireless charging, but the device also has two mappable buttons on the rear of the controller that you can configure. It also has a detachable play stand so you can use your device in Tabletop mode, akin to the Nintendo Switch. The stand is compatible not only with phones, but it’ll also hold most tablets in place for you to play your games on a larger screen on your desktop.
It’s designed for use with Xbox Cloud Gaming, but of course, it can be used pretty much with anything that supports wireless controller input on your Android device. You can also use the device with a cable and connect it up to your PC.
Let’s just say, I want one. This controller looks absolutely fantastic, I may even invest in one in the very near future.
