WRATH: Aeon of Ruin Out Now

Dark horror fantasy First-Person shooter, WRATH: Aeon of Ruin, is out now. It is currently available digitally on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. But there should be physical versions available on consoles in late May 2024.

KillPixel Games and Slipgate Ironworks are developing the game. It is to be published by Fulqrum Publishing and 3D Realms.

Inspired by Quake!

Quake inspires the game, but if you watch the trailer below, you will see the game looks fantastic, even without mentioning the classic FPS.

The game is already available on PC, and it contains a riveting story that spans three episodes. Each episode is capped off by an epic boss battle.

It features nine deadly weapons and three powerup-granting Sigals. It also has ten storable Artifacts and a ton of monstrous enemies.

The protagonist of the game is named the Outlander and it’s his bloodthirsty mission to eliminate the Guardians of the Old World. However, your wish to take down your foes is entirely up to you as the game has weapons such as a double-barrelled shotgun and the Ruination blade to slice your path forward.

There are fifteen maps across three distinct hubs, as well as fifteen different types of enemies. Players will traverse through decaying ruins, ancient crypts, haunting forests, and more.

You can watch the trailer below. You can also check out our previous news. To learn more about the game please visit the official website.
