Sniper Dan, a hidden object game with a twist is out today on PC and Consoles. This game is developed by a team of former Grand Theft Auto talent including Gary Penn, who is the creative manager at Denki.
The game is brought to us by developers Denki (Autonauts, Autonauts vs Piratebots) and publishers PQube (Adorable Adventures, Tormented Souls). As mentioned it is available today on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Sniper Dan brings an entirely new twist on the hidden object genre in that you don’t hunt enemies, you hunt problems.
Players are armed with a trusty sniper rifle as they travel across six lively locations. Bustling airports, peaceful parks, and more whilst taking on jobs to help the residents of Clumsy County.
Each job will see Dan decipher clues, scope out the scene in front of you, spot the problem, and well… put an end to the problem with pinpoint accuracy.
As aforementioned, you hunt problems. Such problems are things like fixing rusty taps, stopping a thieving pelican, shearing sheep and more. It is said that the game is packed with delightful comical moments.
Personally, I love hidden object games and at first I thought this sounded a bit odd. But, after watching the trailer I must add that Sniper Dan sounds and looks great.
“We had such a good time making Sniper Dan, giggling to ourselves like kids as we imagined how the people we knew would react to the ridiculousness. We like to think that shines through,” said Gary Penn, Creative Director at Denki.

Sniper Dan is deliberately superdumb fun for all the family – especially backseat players who can sometimes see what the driver does not.
