Ten easy PlayStation Platinum trophies? Easy? Yes. There are some very easy Platinum trophies out there, and this article is going to show you ten of them.
Platinums Can Be Easy!
So whilst these may be easy, some of them could be a little time-consuming. Not compared to the likes of Yakuza or Persona, of course. The below games are typically bought quite cheap too. So not only are these ten easy PlayStation platinum trophies to unlock, they’re lighter on the wallet too! Of course, any games listed below for PS4 will play on the PlayStation 5 also via backwards compatibility.
I’m going to be a little generous too and give you some freebies. So this isn’t just going to be ten easy platinum games listed below. Let’s get stuck in.
Number 1 – My Name Is Mayo – PS4, PS Vita
The first on my list is the classic game My Name is Mayo. However, there isn’t just one of these. There are two MNIM games on PSN. The first is available on PSVita, and PS4. The second is only available on PlayStation 4. The purpose of this game is literally to tap a jar of mayonnaise. It’s effectively a clicker game. They’re quite funny games with tiny stories to them. They can be purchased for 99p each. Less than £2 and you have two very easy platinum trophies.
Number 2 – FoxyLand – PS4, PS Vita
FoxyLand is a cute little platformer, again there isn’t just one of these. There is a sequel to FoxyLand and both are enjoyable games. FoxyLand can be bought for £3.99, the second is £4.99. So for less than £10 there is another two platinum trophies for you.
Number 3 – Islanders: Console Edition – PS4
This is a very relaxing and chilled-out game. You literally build up a little colony on small islands, working your way through the game island by island. This is another cheap game at £3.99.
Number 4 – Bugsnax – PS4, PS5
Bugsnax is a fantastic game. It’s so adorable, you play the role of a newspaper journalist who has been invited to Snaktooth Island. This one is a little more expensive at £17.99, it takes longer than the above games, but it’s worth it. It isn’t a difficult platinum to unlock and you’ll have great fun along the way.
Number 4 – Astro’s PlayRoom – PS5
Now, technically, this isn’t a cheap platinum. You have to buy a PS5 to be able to play this game, but, it comes free with every PS5. However, Astro’s Playroom is an absolutely adorable game full of PlayStation nostalgia that will take players of all ages on Astro’s journey. It’ll take around 7 to 8 hours to plat depending how you get on with the game. It’s not a difficult platinum trophy at all and the game is essentially a huge tutorial that teaches you how to use the new DualSense controller.
Number 5 – Jack N’ Jill DX – PS Vita, PS4
Jack N’ Jill DX is another adorable game. You play as either Jack or Jill and your only quest is to get to the other person at the end of each level. This game is a very easy platinum trophy that can be had for £3.99.
Number 6 – Road Bustle – PS4
Road Bustle. Where do I start? I was first told about this game by my good pal Brian. Of course, I was dubious, but then he said something like “easy plat mate”. I was sold. 79p will nab you this one for your PS4. It’s essentially a Frogger clone with a very easy platinum trophy.
Number 7 – Dark Sauce – PS4
Dark Sauce is a game where you play as a pig who is tasked with taking down a powerful dragon. Not a bad game to be fair, it can be purchased for £3.69.
Number 8 – Rachet & Clank: Rift Apart – PS5
This is by far the most expensive game on this list. On PSN it’ll cost you £69.99. However, look on eBay, Amazon, Argos, etc. I managed to grab a physical disc copy for around £35 I believe. It’s an absolutely gorgeous game that shows off what the PS5 can do, and the platinum trophy isn’t that hard either.
Number 9 – Gravity Duck – PS4, PS Vita
This is actually quite a fun little game. You play as a duck who must use gravity to its aid and assist in progressing through the game. It can be had for a very low price of £3.99.
Number 10 – Dark Sauce – PS4, PS Vita
Last, but not least, we have Super Destronaut DX. This is basically a Space Invaders clone. However, it’s a fun little game and I enjoyed playing it. The platinum, of course, is very easy and the game can be purchased for £3.99. There is also Super Destronaut: Land Wars which is apparently an easy platinum too, but, I’ve not actually played that one myself so cannot comment on it. If you’re interested in Land Wars, it can also be purchased for £3.99.
So that’s the list. Thank you for taking the time for reading this little guide. If you want to, you can also check out our other blog posts.
