Hotel Galactic, the cosy management sim from developer and publisher Ancient Forge, teased its grand opening during today’s PC Gaming Show ahead of launching a Kickstarter campaign on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Restore a rundown cosmic hotel drifting among the stars to its former glory. Entice alien guests from around the galaxy by dreaming up beautifully quirky designs. Craft elegant guest rooms, grand dining halls, and other rooms crucial to keep guests satisfied during their stay. Purchase furniture from visiting merchants or build them from scratch using wood, metal, and other materials.
Feed eager guests by cooking meals using berries, plants, and cosmic ingredients scattered throughout the great beyond. Experiment with new dishes, cater to guests’ sophisticated palates and perfect delectable recipes to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.
Hire and manage staff to efficiently run the hotel. Drag and drop workers and alert them when to take a guest’s food order, intervene in a petty squabble in the lobby, and stay abreast of messes left behind by carefree visitors. Take a reprieve from managing a hotel by exploring an underground complex within the floating island. Hotel Galactic will host intergalactic guests on PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch. Fellow travelers can follow the game’s development through its official Steam store page and support the Kickstarter campaign starting on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, to win exclusive add-ons, assets, and be a part of the game’s Alpha-test group. The campaign runs through Tuesday, July 30, and with each milestone achieved, Ancient Forge promises to deliver new content, such as unannounced in-game mechanics, new VIP guests, and more.
