Japan’s oldest independent publisher, PLAYISM, has announced the release of Momodora: Moonlit Farewell on Steam. The game is the final instalment of the Momodora series of Metroidvania games by Bombservice.

Join Momo, the High Priestess of the village of Koho, on a divine mission to save her people from destruction at the hands of demon hordes summoned by a malevolent bell-ringer.
Indie developer Bombservice has created four 2D exploration-heavy action games known as the Momodora series since 2010. Gamers recognize the series for its stunning pixel art and fast-paced action. The previous game, Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight, has garnered critical acclaim, having sold over 800,000 copies globally.
