It has recently been announced that Warfare Legacy Collection from Con Artist Games (The Last Stand: Aftermath) and Armor Games Studios (Shift Legacy Collection, Pinstripe) will launch on April 28th, 2025, on PC.
You may remember these strategy “tug-of-war” games as Warfare 1917 and Warfare 1944 were quite popular back when Flash games were all the rage… You know the types, playing whilst in IT, getting told off. Blah blah… 😁
The Warfare Legacy Collection does not only bring these two games back from the dead with things like enhanced graphics, but it also brings a whole new campaign in Warfare Battle of the Bulge.

Warfare 1917
Fighting historical battles in and out of the trenches of France, Warfare 1917 sees you play as either the British or German Army in a campaign of attrition.
- Deploy troops and control the trenches!

Warfare 1944

- Engage in the strategic tug of war across three lanes of battle.
- Fight to complete objectives or win the morale victory by wearing down your enemies.
- More refined control over your units, order them to throw smoke, use suppressing fire or to advance!
- Use officers to call in air support and artillery barrages to destroy entrenched enemies.
- Set up custom battles on the map of your choice with units and fire support chosen by you.
Battle of the Bulge
Set during the freezing winter of 1944, Battle of the Bulge adds an entirely new campaign to the collection. Inspired by one of WWII’s final major offensives, these missions take players through snowy forests, shattered towns, and desperate defenses on both sides of the front.
- Hold the line against surprise attacks and push back under brutal conditions.
- Escort convoys, clear minefields, and capture key crossroads.
- Face new mission types built exclusively for this campaign.
